Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Panzo (the “Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you install and play the Game on a mobile device. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The Game itself does not directly collect personally identifiable information about you.
The Game does use third-party services that may automatically collect limited technical information to keep the Game running and improve it:
- Crash and stability data — via Firebase Crashlytics. If the Game crashes, a report containing the stack trace, device model, operating system version, and a non-persistent installation identifier is sent to Google so we can diagnose the problem.
- Usage analytics — via Firebase Analytics. We collect anonymous, aggregated events such as which level was started or completed, session length, device language, country (derived from IP, not stored), device model, and operating system version. These help us understand which parts of the Game players enjoy and where they get stuck.
- Purchase information — via Google Play Billing. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive a purchase token confirming that the purchase succeeded so we can deliver the item, but we do not see or store your payment card details, billing address, or Google account credentials.
2. How we use the information
- To operate the Game and deliver in-app content you have purchased.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
- To understand how the Game is played in aggregate and decide what to improve next.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
3. Permissions
- Internet — required to send crash reports and analytics events, and to communicate with Google Play for purchases.
4. Third-party services
The Game relies on services provided by Google. Their handling of any data they receive is governed by their own privacy policies:
5. Data retention
Crash reports and analytics events are retained for the default retention periods configured by Firebase (typically up to 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for crash data), after which they are deleted or anonymized by Google. Purchase records are retained by Google Play according to their policies.
6. Children’s privacy
The Game is suitable for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Your choices
- You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Game.
- You can reset or limit the advertising / analytics identifier used by Firebase from your device’s system settings (e.g. Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android).
- You can manage or request a refund for in-app purchases directly through your Google Play account.
8. Security
Data sent by the Game is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to Google’s servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we rely on Google’s infrastructure to protect the limited data described above.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the revised policy.
10. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how the Game handles data, you can reach the developer at anastr244@gmail.com.
